Member of the Month for September is Amanda Harfield. Why? Consistency.

I talk about consistency a lot, but the truth is that the only way that a body transformation can be achieved and maintained is through consistency. What does this mean? No pills, potions or gimmicks! These will not get you in shape – you just need to focus on putting the right things in your mouth and exercising consistently and with intensity. 

Seems too easy to work right? Try it!
